1. Who we are

2. What we collect
We collect data in three separate layers. Each layer adds to the one above it.
Layer 1 — Anonymous measurement (no consent required)
For every page view we record only: the country your request came from, a device category (desktop, mobile or tablet), which campaign was viewed, and a timestamp. This layer sets no cookies, creates no identifier, and the request carries no cookies and no page address. Your IP address is not stored, and your full user agent is discarded immediately after the device category is derived from it. Nothing in this layer can be traced back to you.
Layer 2 — Analytics (only with your consent)
Adds a random visitor ID stored in the cookie sb_visitor, the referring page, and your page views and clicks through to music services.
Layer 3 — Marketing (only with your consent)
Adds the Meta advertising identifiers _fbp and _fbc, and the fbclid parameter from the URL.
The Meta SDK script is loaded when the page opens to ensure reliable performance. However, it is not initialised and no event or identifier is sent to Meta until you give consent to the Marketing category.
Across all three layers we do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers or social media accounts.
3. Why we collect it
To measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and to build advertising audiences on Meta.
4. Legal basis
Layer 1 (anonymous measurement) — our legitimate interest in knowing how many people view a campaign and from which country, under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. This layer sets no cookies and produces no data that identifies you, so the balance of interests weighs in its favour.
Layers 2 and 3 (analytics and marketing) — your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Consent is optional and may be withdrawn at any time — see section 7.
5. Who we share it with
Only Layer 3 (marketing) data is sent to Meta. Layer 1 and Layer 2 data never leaves our own infrastructure — it is stored in our Supabase database and is not transmitted to Meta or any other advertising platform. If you allow analytics but not marketing, nothing about your visit is sent to Meta.
Meta Platforms — through the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API, for campaign measurement and audience building. Transfers outside the European Economic Area are made under Standard Contractual Clauses.
Infrastructure providers — Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database). They process data solely on our instructions.
6. How long we keep it
- Analytics data — 13 months.
- Marketing and audience data — 180 days.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to request its deletion, to withdraw your consent and to object to processing.
You can exercise two of these yourself, immediately, without contacting us:
- Manage your permission — the link in the footer of any campaign page reopens the cookie preferences panel, where you can change or withdraw your consent.
- Delete my data — inside that panel, this permanently removes the data held against your visitor ID and clears your local tracking cookies.

8. California residents
If you are a California resident, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Use the Your Privacy Choices link shown in the footer of our campaign pages, or contact info@amediavn.com.
9. International users
We are established in Vietnam. Where we target users in the European Economic Area, we process personal data in accordance with the GDPR (Art. 3(2)). Our processing is occasional, limited in scale and does not involve special categories of data, so we rely on the exemption in Art. 27(2) from appointing an EU representative.
